Isabel (Izzy) van Zuilen is an expat from Amsterdam, now living in San Francisco, California, with her lovely husband, awesome daughter, two cats, and the cutest puppy.
She began her alcohol-free journey in May 2019, diving headfirst into the world of sobriety; sampling every alcohol-free bubbly she could find and traveling the world to attend fun, inspiring sober events.
In 2021, Izzy began organizing sober retreats for women, followed by local alcohol-free events in San Francisco in 2024. In 2026, she founded Sobertopia HQ, a community where like-minded women can connect, grow, and thrive on their alcohol-free journey.
Her mission: to make alcohol-free living feel connected, empowering, and anything but lonely.
