Megan Swan Wellness as a Way of Life

At 30, she sold everything to embark on her own “Eat, Pray, Love” journey of sorts. This journey led her to live in Mexico for the last 15 years, where she met her husband, fell in love, birthed two boys, and built a dream home. They love to travel and are experts on the best hidden beaches of Mexico. They recently moved to Calgary, where they are excited to start the next chapter of their adventures in the Canadian Rockies.   

She is passionate about connecting with others worldwide to exchange ideas and practices in alcohol-free living, wellness, preventative health, mindful practices, and holistic success.    

As she studied to become a health coach, she realized that sugar and alcohol were contributing to her exhaustion, burnout, frustration, and depression. She decided to remove these everyday toxins from her life.   Now she is 7 years sober – a choice she made after learning the health risks associated with the alcohol in sugar and knowing deep down she was done with the shame spiral of drinking too much wine.   

Living alcohol-free was a game-changer. It dramatically improved her quality of life and helped her expand her vision of what she is capable of. Now, she loves helping others find the energy, focus, and confidence to stop playing small.
