Justin Lamb is 5+ years sober and 40+ years awesome! Coming from a life steeped in the craft beer industry, Justin has become an outspoken advocate for the nonalcoholic craft beer movement. He dedicates himself to informing the sober and sober-curious about the ability to enjoy the fine flavors of a fantastic ale without the sting and regret of alcohol.
Creativity
Justin is a lifetime creative in multiple mediums, including music and writing. Through his singer-songwriter career, he has lived in the music cities of Los Angeles and Nashville, put out four solo albums, and played countless shows. As a writer, Justin has been able to find a more intimate outlet to connect with people and explore the untapped caverns of the human mind. He is currently working on his first book.
Mental Health
As a licensed therapist, Justin strives to educate people and help them achieve their goals. Some of his foundations in learning from listening came from his podcast, Friend Request, where he did long-form interviews of anyone from random high school acquaintances to blockbuster TV show hosts. While he no longer does new episodes since becoming licensed as a therapist, there is a library of nearly 300 episodes to listen to. Friend Request is available anywhere podcasts are downloaded.

In addition to an extensive collection of 80s and 90s toys, Justin has three associate’s degrees in different disciplines, a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies, and a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling. He lives and practices in Michigan, where he can often be found writing, playing guitar, kayaking, or simply spending quality time with his hot wife and their cat, Teddy.
