WIN The Sober Curator Ultimate Sober Library Sweepstakes Official Rules
- Eligibility: This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of The Sober Curator, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- How to Enter: To enter, visit The Sober Curator Contest Page, provide your email address, and confirm your eligibility by verifying your age and residency. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
- Entry Period: The sweepstakes begins on September 1st, 2024, at 12:00 AM PST and ends on October 4th, 2024, at 11:59 PM PST. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
- Prize Details: One winner will receive:
- A curated library of up to 50 must-read books on sobriety and recovery.
- A chic floating bookshelf. (Shipped separately)
- A Sober Curator Book Tote.
- A Sober Curator Books T-Shirt.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place during the month of Sober October. The winner will be notified via the email provided at entry and must respond within seven days to claim the prize.
- General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of The Sober Curator, which are final and binding. The winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release, except where prohibited by law.
- Publicity Release: By accepting the prize, the winner grants The Sober Curator the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
- Limitation of Liability: The Sober Curator is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failure, or any other error or malfunction that may occur in connection with the sweepstakes.
- Privacy: Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the sweepstakes and in accordance with The Sober Curator’s Privacy Policy.
