As the Co-Founder and Consultant at Little Laughing Cats Consulting (LLC Consulting), Andrew Littlefield brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to helping others. At 29, Andrew’s life took a transformative turn when he entered rehab, a decision that profoundly changed his personal and professional trajectory. Before this pivotal moment, Andrew was a successful entrepreneur, owning and operating several businesses and a skilled insurance sales consultant, which equipped him with a solid foundation in business acumen and sales strategies.
In 2019, motivated by a desire to make a more meaningful impact, Andrew transitioned into the human services field and became a Certified Recovery Peer Advocate. His journey in this sector has been marked by a variety of roles across multiple agencies, providing him with comprehensive insights into both the macro and micro aspects of the field. This diverse experience includes working closely with the CEO of a major nonprofit, where he developed expertise in grant writing, reporting, and navigating the complex political landscape of nonprofit work.
To deepen his understanding of clinical roles and enhance his ability to support others, Andrew pursued and obtained an Associate’s degree in Chemical Dependency. This academic achievement, combined with his hands-on experience, allows him to approach consulting with a well-rounded perspective.
Andrew’s passion for consulting stems from a desire to focus on what truly matters—people. He believes that success is not just about meeting deliverables but also about achieving personal peace and fulfillment. At LLC Consulting, Andrew is dedicated to helping nonprofits and professionals in the addiction field thrive, leveraging his extensive experience to foster environments where individuals can find both professional success and personal well-being.
