On this, Just a Merry Mocktail Monday, let’s chat about frozen herb garnishes! Uhhh… Stuffed ice? Mini botanical glaciers? Baby Herb-cicles? What would you like to call it? Whatever these beauties are, they’re absolutely wonderful and the possibilities are pretty vast.
This week, since we are in the ‘romantic’ time of the year, I thought it might be nice to inspire some rose ice NonAlc bevies! Remember the Rose Syrup we made together a couple of weeks ago? Well, you guessed it, you can use the very same roses to fill your ice tray and add water!

See how marvelously one item can have multiple uses? (Also, the roses are perfect for just a little sprinkle on top for a little added flair)
Sober Curator Pro Tip: You don’t have to only use roses, you can freeze any of your garnishes! Fruits, Veggies, Herbs and Flowers!! (Just make sure the flowers are marked as edible because of the amounts of pesticides used on decorative flowers are not meant for consumption) Keeping’ it Organic, Keeping’ it Safe!
