WHITE ALE

I was surprised by the flavor profiles of White Ales. While they vary in their specifics, they share a Belgian yeast-driven taste balanced with coriander, which can be overpowering and create a unique flavor profile. They are usually accompanied by orange peel, as well, and may be an acquired taste to many.
