    Reframing your mindset to focus on gratitude during Thanksgiving can significantly enrich the holiday experience. Sober, not sober, sober curious, and everything in between, here are 24 ways to shift your perspective:

    1. Start a Gratitude Journal: Each day in November, write down something you’re thankful for.
    2. Volunteer: Give your time to help others, fostering a sense of gratitude for what you have.
    3. Send Thank You Notes: Write notes to people who have positively impacted your life this year.
