Will Sober TikTok rival Sober Instagram? TikTok is one of the most popular platforms on social media right now. It has an astounding growth rate with 500 million monthly active users. Many claim you just need one hit viral video to become TikTok famous. Mmmm we’re not so sure about that. What we do know is that it’s easy to slide down the oh-so-addictive TikTok rabbit hole and get lost in short videos of dances, duets, dogs in clothes, alcohol-free recipes, how to videos and more.

We did the TikTok #hashtag homework for you!

Here is current list of the top trending #hashtags to find sober community accounts on TikTok. And, should you decide to start up an account, these would be good #hashtags to use when you post. Recovery Warriors are rising up on social media platforms around the world and we are here for it. When we recover outloud, others do not have to die silently.

Ok ok, I know we said in no particular order, but @tjollett really is one of our favs. He’s a sober father, business owner, and he’s been to hell and back. He knows how to keep it real and nearly 25K other followers think so too. We just can’t get enough of this daddy- daughter duo.

We were already very familiar with Allie before finding her on the TikTok. She is a queer, sober, neurodivergent, cat mom. You can find her in lots of places by using her Linktree page We’re here for her hair changes, humor, and the way she tells it like it is. Virtual fistbump girl! (Don’t worry. we just washed our hands)

This vibrant sober redhead has no problem recovering out loud or having a good laugh at her own expense. She’s a mom and mental health advocate. Check out her Linktree for ways to connect with her.

#4.) @christopherfferry

You can find Christopher on TikTok as well as Instagram. His goal? It’s pretty simple. He just wants to help people recover from addiction.

This kiddo has over 155K Followers which must mean he makes a mean mocktail. We’re here for all of the alcohol-free recipes. And guess what? With over 2.4M likes, Tommy knows what he’s doing with his master zero-proof bartending skills. He even has his own merch!

Patrick Ridge is Sober for 15 Years & Still Learning To Lose. With 10.6M likes and over 387K+ followers and growing, this account is like a real-life sober reality show and we’re here for it.

With over 10K Followers, Dallas Barbee is helping people find FREEDOM in Christ one story of recovery at a time. Her hairstyles may change frequently but her sobriety does not.

SoberSammy is recovering proudly. With 53K+ followers, he must have something working in his favor. He’s not afraid to tell it like it is and finds humor in the things only addicts think are funny. And, he does it all with a great smile on his face.

We were already familiar with @100hoursdry from their Instagram account. In fact, one of our first blog posts was about Kate Gleason, a sober gal from Seattle that took the 1000 Hours Dry challenge at the beginning of the pandemic and then decided it was the lifestyle she wanted permanently.

We love that @1000hoursdry provides a space for the sober curious to take sobriety for a test drive. With Dry January right around the corner, why not make a pledge to go 1000 hours dry and start the year right?
