Why are pull-ups known as the original badass work-out move?

Doing a pull-up requires you to lift your entire body weight. Additionally, the execution of a pull-up in proper form works your lats, shoulders, biceps, and core and improves your muscular endurance and strength. Half measures availed us nothing, so read on to learn how to master one of the toughest bodyweight moves there is.
