• .05 oz. Lemon Juice
• 1 Tsp Honey
• 3 Fresh Raspberries plus extra for garnish
• 6 oz. DRY Vanilla Botanical Bubbly

DIRECTIONS:

In a shaker, mix lemon juice, raspberries, honey, and water. Shake until cold and strain into a glass. Top with soda and raspberries for garnish.

MUPPETS VINTAGE GLASSWARE FOR THE WIN!

My Miss Piggy Muppet Caper glass is one of my prized possessions. As a kid, whenever I visited my Grandma B.’s double-wide trailer, I looked forward to three things—drinking out of the Miss Piggy glass. My Grandma B.’s homemade bread pudding. And, playing aggravation, a marble game. My Grandma would never let me win. If I won, it was because I won fair and square. There was no cheating and no cutting corners in her house.

Here is a funny story about my Muppet glass collection. A few years back, the original ones that I owned that had been passed down from my Grandma B. broke. That happens when you use things. I decided to head on over to eBay and put a few bids in on different Muppet glass sets. It was one of those set-it-and-forget-it moments.

A week or two later, I returned home from a fantastic work trip to Dallas with Lisa C. to find several boxes on my dining room table. My son looked at me and said, “I have no idea what you’ve done this time.” As it turned out, I won the bid on every single muppet glass set I bid on. What does this mean? Let’s say…I have a healthy back stock in Muppet glasses.

TASTING NOTES:

My best friend Erin and I were pretty excited about this recipe. We both went “EW” in a good way—you know, the way Miss Piggy does it. Unanimously, we both liked this one the best. The Blushing Bees Knees come together nicely, and the extra ingredients add something to it. This is easily one we would put on repeat. We also highly recommend the Vanilla Botanical Bubbly all by itself.
