Seattle’s First Curated Sober Happy Hour That Pops with Color, Creativity, and Connection

Tired of the same old “happy hour” that’s all buzz and no substance? Enter Happy Every Hour: Mocktails + Murals, a vibrant new limited-run event series hosted by The Sober Curator (that’s me, Alysse Bryson!) in collaboration with the Henry Mural Tours and booze-free bevy badassery from NOPE.
This is not your average city tour. This is your new favorite Thursday night.
🎨 THE EXPERIENCE: ART MEETS SOBRIETY, WITH STYLE
Hop aboard a decked-out, wheelchair-accessible Henry Mural Tours bus for a 90-minute guided ride through the most colorful corners of Seattle’s Fremont and Ballard neighborhoods — all through the lens (and spray cans) of local muralist icon, Henry Ward. With over 10+ mural stops, you’ll get insider stories behind the work, the artist, and the culture that’s helped turn Seattle into a living gallery of street art and expression.
But that’s not all. You know shopping is my cardio, RIGHT?!??! And I never met a gift shop I didn’t love. We’re taking a detour down shopping lane with a stop at Henry’s gallery on Seattle’s world-famous waterfront. Scoop up original art, stylish prints, and gifts that scream “Seattle with personality” — all with free shipping included.

🍹 THE MOCKTAILS: BROUGHT TO YOU BY NOPE
Because “sparkling water with a splash of cranberry” just doesn’t cut it anymore.
Every guest will sip on two premium, ready-to-drink alt-tails by NOPE, a zero-proof cocktail alternative built for the bold and curious. Their drinks pack the complexity of a craft cocktail, minus the regret (or the hangover). Whether you’re sober, sober-curious, or just want something delicious in your hand while vibing with some epic murals, NOPE’s got you. Plus, how cool is the artwork on their cans?

📸 THE MOMENTS: BECAUSE YOU DESERVE THE CONTENT GLOW-UP
Capture the moment (and your best angle) with a mini iPhone photo shoot + personalized IG Reel created just for you. I’ll be documenting the joy, creativity, and authenticity of our shared experience — and yes, you’ll walk away with a professionally edited iPhone shot and a 90-second reel you’ll want to post immediately. Follow ME on IG @alysseinthecity to check out my art of curating and capturing.

🏌️ THE FINALE: MINI GOLF + CURATED CONVERSATIONS
The tour wraps up at Flatstick Pub in South Lake Union, where you’ll enjoy a complimentary round of mini-golf, curated conversations, and access to their alcohol-free menu — all just a short walk or a hop back on the bus to MoPOP.

🙋♀️ WHO THIS IS FOR
This experience is built for sober folks, sober-curious humans, allies, creatives, and anyone craving a unique way to see the city — no booze required. Tourists and locals welcome. Just bring your curiosity, a charged phone, and your best selfie game.
Want even more pop culture? Arrive early and spend some time at MoPOP, the birthplace of pop culture obsessions and the perfect prelude to your evening of fun. Fun fact! MoPOP is currently showcasing MASSIVE: THE POWER OF POP CULTURE exhibition. If you decide to POP in there early before the tour, PLEASE let me know! I’ll come and join you! It’s my favorite museum in the city. (and maybe the WORLD! 🌎) I highly recommend grabbing a bite to eat ahead of time at Culture Kitchen. Sober Curator Pro Tip: The pretzel charcuterie and infused bottled water are the perfect pre-tour snack!
💥 COME FOR THE MURALS. STAY FOR THE VIBES. NO HANGOVER REQUIRED.
Reserve your spot before it sells out. Because around here, Happy Every Hour isn’t a time — it’s a lifestyle.
I can’t wait to hang with you!
