Do you ever feel like life is just a lot? Like you’re running on a treadmill that only gets faster? If you’ve ever found yourself feeling stuck in your sobriety, or maybe even forgotten why you got sober in the first place, you’re definitely not alone. These moments are part of the journey, and guess what? We have something just for you.
In the very promo video we’re sharing with you—we (Alysse and Tamar) opened up about that feeling of overwhelm and inertia. It’s so easy to lose track of your “why” when life keeps speeding up. That’s exactly why we’re introducing The Intentional Course: a three-part, live, interactive experience designed to help you hit pause, reflect, and reconnect with your alcohol-free life.
What is The Intentional Course?
Think of it as a reset button. This isn’t just another to-do or a box to check. This is time dedicated for you—to slow down, ask yourself real questions, and rediscover your purpose in sobriety.
Tamar frames it perfectly: “Clarity doesn’t come from more hustle…it comes from space, reflection, and a few good questions.” We want to offer you that space and those questions (and, of course, a supportive community to journey alongside you).
What Can You Expect?
- A three-part live experience co-hosted by both Alysse and Tamar—and you!
- Each session is interactive, supportive, and a little bit fun (we’re sober, not boring, after all!).
- Sessions are offered throughout the week, allowing you to choose a time that truly works for your schedule.
Why Should You Care?
Because this is about reconnecting with what you actually care about, not what the world expects from you, as we mentioned in the video, this is your alcohol-free life. It’s precious, and you get to decide what matters.
If you feel like you could use a little boost—or if you want to make space for reflection and connection—join us at theintentionalcourse.com. Let’s rediscover your “why” together.
Ready to hang out with us, hit pause, and move forward with more clarity? You’ve got this, and we’ve got you.
With love & intention,
Alysse & Tamar
