Join the Washington Recovery Alliance and the King County Recovery Coalition as they return to T-Mobile Park for the 4th annual Washington State Recovery Day at the Mariners on Sunday, September 15, 2024. This year’s focus is on Connection: the Path to Recovery, with a day filled with empowering events to highlight that recovery is possible and to foster awareness, understanding, and support for mental health wellness and substance use recovery.

    Empowering Events

Experience Recovery Day 2024’s hat with the hashtag #TeamRecovery, engaging recovery rally speakers, individuals in recovery participating in throwing and catching the first pitch, and media coverage showcasing stories of recovery success. Be part of a community that comes together to reduce stigma, celebrate achievements, and show that recovery is a reality.

    Engaging Activities

In previous years, thousands from the Washington recovery community have united to demonstrate the power of recovery. To learn more about the event or secure your tickets, visit mariners.com/recovery. Be sure to check out the flyer for the day’s schedule and locations. If you’re interested in volunteering at the rally, march, or pre-event, fill out the volunteer form for an opportunity to receive a ticket to the Mariners game.

    Event Highlights

Kick-off Recovery Day with a Recovery Rally at Occidental Square, followed by a March to the Game led by emcee Victor Estrada. Enjoy the T-Mobile Pre-event featuring community resources, the Washington Recovery Helpline, Recovery in Action booths, fun activities, and the chance to grab a custom Mariners Recovery Day T-shirt. Witness the Recovery Day First Pitch and catch the Recovery Video on the Jumbotron. Gates open at 11:40 am, with the game starting at 1:10 pm.
