    About Big River Pizza

Nestled in the heart of Lowertown, Big River Pizza stands as a beacon of culinary excellence showcasing the vibrant favors of the region. Owner, Steve Lott, is dedicated to seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, many of which come from the St. Paul Farmers Market right across the street. Influenced by his upbringing in Chicago, Steve’s passion for pizza blossomed alongside his appreciation for local flavors.

At Big River Pizza, he seamlessly marries Neapolitan techniques with the bounty of the Midwest, resulting in pies that are nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment you step inside, the aroma of freshly baked crust and savory toppings envelops you. Whether you opt for the indulgent Bacon Jam Slam or the zesty Dr. Zeus, each creation is a testament to Steve’s culinary artistry. Summit Brewing Co. – Nialas Non-Alcoholic IPA & Irish-Style Dark

Pronounced “knee-uh-lis”, Nialas is Irish Gaelic for “zero” in reference to the non-alcoholic quality of these two beers created by Summit Brewing Co. who has been brewing in St. Paul, Minnesota since 1986.

Nialas India Pale Ale packs a punch of hop-forward goodness and a delightful blend of toast and English biscuits. Aromas of apricot, tangerine, and mixed berries tantalize your senses with a combination of imported malts and experimental US hops. No regrets drinking this clean and refreshing non-alcoholic IPA!

Nialas Irish Style Dark is a non-alcoholic stout style with big flavors of espresso, chocolate and caramel, balanced by spicy hop characteristics.
