Rock 2 Freedom Benefit Concert: Music, Mocktails & Mission

If you’re a sober music lover (or just a fan of epic rock shows with heart), clear your calendar for Saturday, October 18, 2025. The Rock 2 Freedom Benefit Concert at the iconic Hollywood Palladium is bringing together powerhouse artists, In-N-Out Burger’s legendary Cookout Trucks, and a community dedicated to breaking chains—literally and figuratively.

This isn’t just another night out. It’s a high-voltage evening where rock and recovery collide to support the Slave 2 Nothing Foundation, a nonprofit on a mission to free people from being enslaved to any person or substance.

About the Slave 2 Nothing Foundation

Founded in 2016 by Lynsi Snyder-Ellingson and Sean Ellingson, Slave 2 Nothing is a 501(c)(3) supported primarily through donor contributions and fundraising activities sponsored by In-N-Out Burger. Here’s the incredible part: In-N-Out pays all of the Foundation’s operating costs, which means every single penny raised goes directly to programs that assist people and their families in finding freedom and healing from substance abuse, while also creating solutions to end human trafficking.

From funding local community organizations to providing direct support in the eight states where In-N-Out operates, Slave 2 Nothing lives its mission with impact.

    The Lineup: Rock Meets Recovery

This year’s Rock 2 Freedom stage is stacked:

    • Papa Roach – Frontman Jacoby Shaddix has been sober since 2012, openly sharing his journey through substance abuse, mental health struggles, and recovery. He’s living proof that rock ‘n’ roll and sobriety can not only coexist but thrive.
    • .48 Special – In-N-Out’s own in-house rock band featuring company employees, management, and even President Lynsi Snyder-Ellingson. Known for their ‘90s alt-rock covers, they sometimes throw in aerial acts and fire-eating performances. This band literally walks the talk by rocking out to support Slave 2 Nothing.
    • Sitting on Saturn – A rising act bringing their own cosmic vibe to the Palladium.

    • Raffle tickets for a chance to win your very own Cookout Truck experience
    • Exclusive benefit auction featuring rock memorabilia, custom collectibles, In-N-Out fan exclusives, and more
    • Mocktails and official merch for purchase

For those going VIP, packages range from “Punk Rock” to “Rock Legend,” offering perks like balcony seating, VIP parking, complimentary mocktail bars, exclusive band T-shirts, commemorative gifts, and hundreds of Double-Double cards (yes, really).

Can’t make it? You can still support the cause with a Non-Attending Donation, which comes with exclusive In-N-Out cards and commemorative gifts as a thank-you for your generosity.
