My client, Sarah, a 32-year-old executive, had been battling chronic fatigue for years. After genetic testing, she discovered she had a variant in the VDR gene, which affects Vitamin D metabolism. I created a supplementation plan with a specific form of Vitamin D3, and Sarah’s energy levels improved dramatically within weeks.
