About the host:

Heather Lowe is a multi-award-winning certified professional sober life coach, writer, podcast host, previous social worker, corporate gal, and overfunctioner. She is the founder of Ditched the Drink and the (award-winning) Insider community. She has learned to liberate herself from alcohol and insource her bliss and she just can’t stop talking about it so she’s made it a whole thing.

Deb Masner is a registered nurse, a national board-certified health & wellness coach, and a certified Smart Recovery facilitator. She is the founder of Alcohol Tipping Point. Deb is a proud alcohol-free badass and has been known to break into spontaneous dance moves.
