WEconnect Health Management believes that recovery should be accessible to everyone. They know connection is crucial to staying in recovery from addiction because we’ve been there ourselves. WEconnect was born from our co-founders’ personal journeys in long-term recovery. It’s a free mobile app with a focus on supporting those in recovery from substance use disorder (SUD).
Online Support Meetings
WEconnect offers over eight daily online recovery support meetings, open to individuals at all stages of recovery and from various pathways. The app provides instant access to our online recovery support meetings, led by our WEconnect peer recovery support specialists, from anywhere. Through the app, they also offer meetings for specialized communities like LGBTQIA2+, Women, Family & Loved Ones, and Harm Reduction.
Stay Motivated
WEconnect motivates and helps members out on days when it feels hard to show up to their recovery by allowing them to add and track their daily recovery activities and tasks. Make it your own through personalized routines: add support and self-care activities such as joining a WEconnect meeting, going for a walk, calling a mentor, or brushing your teeth! Anything that you do to take care of yourself can be turned into a routine in the app. Once you add routines, you’ll receive timely reminders to check in at the scheduled time for the routine activity, helping you stay on track. Speaking of which, you can also track your recovery progress through the app to see your login streaks, milestone badges, and overall time in recovery!

Sober Curator Pro Tip:
Once you set up your profile, this app gives you the option to link with your healthcare insurance. While my insurance wasn’t currently accepted, I also know the app is very new, and I’m more than willing to try it again in a few months. I’m excited to set up alerts to remind me to complete my daily gratitude list and meditation practice. I’ll also be checking out a few of the online meeting recommendations in the upcoming weeks.

Newly sober and looking for resources? Guess what? There’s an app for that! Here are 9 apps that we think are worth the time and investment that we published in the Summer of 2020.
