We all know what it’s like to talk ourselves out of living the life of our dreams and not making the art we ache to create. We negotiate with ourselves why it won’t work out for us – it’s never worked out for us – so why bother trying? Additionally, we compare ourselves to others who seem to create effortlessly. We gather evidence from our past to prove why it will never happen to us. We give up before we even start.

Our mind does this as a way to protect us. The mind (ego) is afraid of change, rejection, and failure.

This is the Neurobiology of Change.

It’s not your fault you keep running up against this same internal dialogue. Your mind is trying to keep you safe from real and imagined danger.

But what if you could soothe that part of you that doesn’t feel safe – and you moved into a feeling of confidence and trust in yourself and the universe.

About Catherine Just

I’m certified in the Trauma of Money method, in the McDonald Manifestation Method of EFT Tapping, and in the process of getting certified in mindset and abundance coaching. Additionally, I apprenticed with Miguel Ruiz (Toltec Master teacher and Author of the Four Agreements) and have 25+ years of practicing his Awareness/ Dreaming practices that help bend reality.

I spent years wandering in the darkness of blame, shame, and victimhood… feeling like it was happening TO ME rather than FOR ME. I was so uncomfortable (I had the gift of desperation) I was willing to change. First, I got sober. And for the next 35+ years of continuous sobriety, I’ve been curious about how to heal, grow, and thrive.

I LOVE getting High and now I get high on life.

I studied (and continue to study and implement) how to use spiritual practices, somatic modalities, writing practices, awareness practices, subconscious reprogramming tools, art, photography, and self-portraiture as medicine, Toltec Practices, Mindset, and Abundance modalities that work.

I’ve been teaching the Abundance Activation as a 5-part process – and I’ve watched so many people use it to shift what they thought was impossible to literally stepping into a future they desired instead of allowing the stories and negative beliefs from the past to dictate whether or not it was possible. I do this for myself as well, and I’ll share with you how it works and how it’s changed my life, and you’ll practice it with me and see what happens.
