    ???? What You’ll See

We’re bringing you seven straight hours of panels, interviews, and special segments leading up to the upcoming narrative drama Keep Coming Back. Hosted by Mrs. Kasha Davis with moderation by Mark Rosman, this livestream is packed with incredible people and conversations from across the recovery space — and yes, I’ll be part of it too!

Here’s a peek at the lineup:

    • Recovery Organizations (1:10 – 2:00 PM): Leaders from Faces and Voices of Recovery, Song for Charlie, SpiritWorks/Recovery Movie Meetups, and Shatterproof.
    • Treatment Providers (2:10 – 3:00 PM): Experts from Hazelden Betty Ford, Visions Adolescents Treatment Center, and Imagine Recovery.
    • Sober Coaches (3:10 – 4:00 PM): Kristin Horstman, Courtney Anderson, the Sober Dream Team, and more.
    • Miscellaneous Recovery Voices (4:10 – 5:00 PM): From “Sober is the New Cool” to storytelling for healing.
    • Independent Case Management (5:10 – 6:00 PM): Family Recovery Collective, Clere Consulting, BALM, and others.
    • Media Panel (6:10 – 7:00 PM): Addiction podcasters and publishers like Duane Osterlind (Addicted Mind), Brenda Zane (Hopestream), Allie McGuire (Aware Now), Brad McLeod (Sober Motivation), Laura Cathcart Robbins, and me — I’ll be representing The Sober Curator.
    • One-on-One Interviews (7:00 – 8:00 PM): With Ken Seeley (Intervention911) and Mrs. Kasha Davis to wrap things up.

Throughout the day, you’ll also catch interstitial segments featuring nonprofit fundraising insights, drug testing discussions, and an introduction to the Keep Coming Back film and pitch deck.

FAMILY RESOURCE GUIDE: Families play a pivotal role in both the path to and through recovery. Research shows that individuals with strong family support have significantly better outcomes, including higher rates of sustained sobriety and improved mental well-being.

According to SAMHSA, people in recovery who receive active support from family members are twice as likely to remain sober and successfully engage with treatment plans. In fact:

    • Recovery programs with family involvement see over 60% higher adherence to treatment protocols.
    • Nearly 90% of people in recovery credit family or caretaker emotional support as a significant factor in their continued sobriety.
    • Active family engagement reduces relapse risk, helps establish healthy routines, and strengthens motivation and accountability.

When families commit to learning about addiction, joining support groups, and actively participating in recovery, their involvement becomes transformative—not just supportive. Recovery is a collective journey, and compassionate, informed family engagement can be the foundation for lasting change.

If you or someone you love is in immediate danger, call 911. If you are in crisis and need immediate help, call 988.

    Help is Available

THE SOBER CURATOR RESOURCE GUIDE: At The Sober Curator, we provide high-quality content centered around the vibrant and fulfilling lifestyle of sobriety. While our focus is on the positive aspects of sober living, we also acknowledge that life can present challenges without the aid of alcohol or substances. Coping with these challenges alone can be daunting, which is why we strongly believe in finding recovery within a supportive community because it is the opposite of addiction.

If you or someone you know is struggling with alcohol use disorder, substance use disorder, a co-occurring illness, or a behavioral health disorder, we urge you to seek help. While the task may seem daunting, it’s important to remember that support is readily available and that there are people out there who want to help.

It’s crucial to remain persistent in your search for assistance until you find the right solution for your unique situation. In some cases, it could be a matter of life or death, so it’s essential to never give up on finding the necessary help.

If your life or someone else’s is in imminent danger, please call 911. If you are in crisis and need immediate help, please call: 988.
