Sobriety

Justin Lamb is two years sober and 38 years awesome! Coming from a life steeped in the craft beer industry, Justin has become an outspoken advocate for the nonalcoholic craft beer movement, dedicating himself to informing the sober and sober-curious about the ability to enjoy the fine flavors of a fantastic ale, without the sting and regret of alcohol.

Creativity

Justin is a lifetime creative in multiple mediums, including music and writing. Through his singer-songwriter career, he has lived in the music cities of Los Angeles and Nashville, put out three albums, and played countless shows. As a writer, Justin has been able to find a more intimate outlet to connect with people and explore the untapped caverns of the human mind. He is currently working on his first memoir, due out in 2022.

Friend Request

As a podcast host, Justin thrives on pointing out the meaning in the mundane. A storyteller by trade, he is usually after the stories of others and gives them a platform in his acclaimed podcast, Friend Request, where everyday people talk about their extraordinary journeys. Justin specializes in digging past the surface level details of someone’s childhood to uncover strengths and vulnerabilities people often refuse to see or never even know they have. Friend Request is available anywhere podcasts are downloaded.

Home

On top of an extensive collection of 80’s and 90’s toys, Justin has two undergraduate degrees, in business and science, and is beginning his journey of becoming a licensed therapist with a master’s in counseling. He lives in Michigan, where he can often be found writing, playing guitar, kayaking, or simply spending quality time with his hot wife and their cat, Teddy.
