On this Just A Merry Mocktail Monday, I’d love to show you a helpful tip on how to get a delicately sweet tea from your spent herbs. After you strain and bottle your syrup, just boil a pot of water and pour it over your herbs! It’s that simple. You can reuse the saucepan and strainer you just used to make your syrup! No waste! There’s still so much flavor in your herbs and they soak up just enough sugar that you’ll have a delightfully elegant tea.
