The Unfurling Retreat: A Winter Gathering for Women

The Unfurling Retreat:
A Winter Gathering for Women
The Unfurling Retreat: A Winter Gathering for Women is for the woman who has already put down the drink, or is thinking about it, and is now facing a harder question: what do I do with all this space?
The angle: This isn’t a recovery retreat. There are no steps and no counting days. It’s a winter weekend of outdoor adventure, creative practice, and real connection, built around one question: what happens when you become fully present to your own life? Guests get outside in the cold and quiet, gather around the table with other alcohol-free women, and take part in a hands-on Unfurling workshop that uses sketchbooking and visual journaling as a practice of attention instead of numbing.
The audience: Sober and sober-curious women who want alcohol-free living to feel wide open rather than like a rulebook.
Why now: Winter is when numbing gets easiest: short days, the post-holiday crash, the pressure of Dry January. This retreat offers a different winter story: get outside, make something, find your people.
Why TSC: Sober Curator readers already know sober life can be full and stylish. Unfurling shows what comes next: a life you’re actually paying attention to.
