Visting the Christmas Markets in Europe is like dancing on the curled edges of a sugar cookie! Yes, we tour the architectural and historical wonders and are immersed in ancient cultures that make Europe fascinating. But, the Christmas Markets themselves are a magical world where you have freshly made hot chocolate topped with real whipped cream that is so extraordinary it makes you wonder if you really ever had this beverage before. The unique handmade arts and crafts, the freshly made cakes and donuts and the weathered musicians who have been playing these same songs for hundreds of years surround you. The crisp air and scent of pine makes you feel so magically alive, and you can only smile upon hearing the laughter of children waiting on line for a treat. Some markets are small and some large, but all local artists and communities attend. Join us for this lovely adventure that we squeeze in for ourselves in between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
