On May 20, your host Alysse Bryson is bringing her most personal creative obsession into the BACKSTAGE community for a live Studio Night. She bedazzled her Big Book. She bedazzled a giant glass gummy bear. She is currently eyeing everything in her house that does not yet sparkle. And now she wants to bedazzle with you.

This is one hour of glue, gems, good conversation, and zero pressure to make anything perfect. Feel free to bring your own craft to work on too. It’s mostly just a hang.

Grab whatever you want to transform and show up ready to make it shimmer.

Bring something to bedazzle. Ideas include:

• A book (any book, your Big Book, your journal, your coffee table favorite)
• A piece of artwork or canvas
• A photo or picture frame
• Whatever ordinary object you want to make extraordinary

Supplies to have ready:

• Rhinestone gems or flat back crystals and glue: Shop here and here
• Sober Curator Pro Tip: If you choose to dedazzle an everyday object (like a book, journal, canvas, etc.) make sure to buy rhinestones that match the colors as close as possible. I’m also a fan of clear rhinestones and letting the color shine through.
