October 1–15, 2025
“The world is shaking—stay rooted in what is real.”
Let’s not sugarcoat it—2025 has been a wild ride, and October isn’t letting up. This is a season of reckoning, revolution, and recalibration. We’re in the final 90 days of a turbulent year, and everything we’ve been moving toward—upheaval, endings, new beginnings, and fated do-overs—is now playing out in real time.
And yet, Libra season offers us a bit of a breather. A moment of grace.
☀️ Libra Season & the Equinox Vibe
We are now firmly within Libra Season—a graceful air sign that reminds us to connect, relate, and seek peace even in the storm. Libra’s lesson is balance: between self and other, between competing priorities, between justice and compassion. This is a season for harmony, artistry, beauty, and the delicate (often difficult) dance of relationship.
The Equinox on September 22 set the tone for the next three months—a shift inward from summer’s outward momentum. The invitation now is to seek beauty, choose grace, and balance the scales between “me” and “we.”
But don’t mistake Libra’s softness for weakness. The real work of this season is relational courage: honest conversation, artful truth-telling, and the willingness to address what’s out of balance.
🌀 Heavy Retrograde Weather
Six planets are retrograde: Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, Jupiter, and Chiron. That means:
- Expect delays, edits, and re-dos.
- Focus on review over launch.
- Use this time to reconsider everything—your goals, your relationships, your inner truth.
This isn’t a hard “no” from the universe—it’s a “not yet.” If possible, wait until the new year to launch projects or make major commitments. Instead, spend this window ideating, relating, dreaming, and refining.
Key Dates
🔥 The Aries Full Moon – October 6
This is one of the most potent lunations of the year—an Aries Super Full Moon asking: How do I honor myself while staying in right relationship with others?
Aries is learning courage by facing fears—direct, brave, and unapologetic. Libra is learning equitable relating that yields peace—seeking harmony, diplomacy, and balance. This Full Moon asks us to reconcile both: to stop abandoning ourselves for false peace, or steamrolling others for personal freedom. The work is finding the courage to stay true to yourself while honoring the relationship.
💕 Venus Comes Home – October 13
Venus returns home to Libra—a welcome reprieve. This is a beautiful moment for reconnection, romance, aesthetics, and fair negotiation. Use this transit (Oct 13 through early November) to strengthen relationships, invest in beauty, and remind yourself what you truly value in partnership.
⚡ Pluto Stations Direct – October 13
Pluto in Aquarius: 2024–2043
We begin October with Pluto still retrograde, creating a powerful period of review and revision around the deep myths you’ve been telling yourself about who you are and what you’re capable of.
To understand where this is unfolding for you personally, look to the house in your chart where early Aquarius falls—this is where your personal revolution is quietly taking shape.
While Pluto is retrograde, the work is internal: reexamining old power structures, beliefs, and stories that no longer serve you. When Pluto turns direct on October 13, the energy shifts—not overnight, but like a slow turn of the tide. In the weeks and months that follow, it becomes easier to translate your inner work into outer action and to see the tangible results of the transformation you’ve been cultivating beneath the surface.
What to do now: Reflect, release, and trust the process. The external breakthroughs will come.
So: breathe deep. Take notes. Don’t rush.
The real rebuild begins in 2026. These final months of 2025 are preparation.
