About Krysty Krywko
I’m seven years sober, divorced, midlife, and more myself than I’ve ever been.
I don’t see sobriety as deprivation. I see it as reclamation, a return to creativity, autonomy, and the parts of ourselves that got quiet in order to survive. In a culture that profits from women’s self-doubt and disconnection, choosing not to drink can be a radical act of self-respect.
My work lives at the intersection of sobriety, self-trust, and reinvention. I believe quitting drinking isn’t the end of something; it’s the beginning of becoming who you were always meant to be. Sobriety isn’t about rigid rules or shrinking your life. It’s about healing the whole you. Expanding your capacity for joy. Reclaiming your voice.
Through my writing and community spaces, I explore what happens when women in midlife stop performing, stop numbing, and start living with clarity and courage. Creativity, identity shifts, bold choices, and everyday rebellion all have a seat at the table here.
