Surprise Gratitude
Nothing feels more like family than receiving a handwritten thank-you note. I believe it’s truly a lost art, and I wish more people would whip out their stamps, grab their favorite ballpoint pen, and send a note of gratitude. Much to my surprise and delight, I received this adorable fall gratitude package from my friends at Cork Hill Sorrel.
The kit included spiced brown sugar infused with orange zest, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, allspice, and cardamom. Want to know a secret? I can’t stop smelling it. They recommend using the brown sugar spice blend to rim a drinking glass for a festive touch. Don’t mind if I do! Their tips suggested adding a tablespoon to apple cider or any drink you want to spice up that cozy fall harvest feeling. It was nice to include a few pressed fall leaves, decorative paper straws, and a little package of cinnamon sticks and ginger chews.
