Walk for Recovery 2026 | Portland, OR

Hundreds of Oregonians are expected to come together in downtown Portland on Saturday, Sept. 26 for the 2026 Walk for Recovery, an Oregon Recovers/4D Recovery event celebrating people in recovery and calling attention to the power of connection, community and hope.

The walk begins at 10 a.m. at Shemanski Park in the South Park Blocks and is part of a seven-community statewide effort to reduce stigma around substance use disorder and make recovery visible.

This is a strong visual story for Recovery Month, with participants, families, advocates and recovery leaders gathering together in the heart of Portland.
