Pennsylvania’s recovery community will gather at the State Capitol on September 15, 2026, for the 12th Annual Courage to Change Recovery Advocacy Day. Participants will spend the day visiting with members of the General Assembly to share the positive impact recovery has had on their life and the lives of others. Moreover, they will spread a message of hope that people can and do recover from substance use disorders. A media event is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. in the Main Rotunda of the Capitol.
