Join us for a deeply restorative Fresh Start: Sound Healing with Krystle on Saturday, February 28th, from 3:00–5:00 PM at the Greentree Municipal Center.

This immersive sound healing experience is designed to help you slow down, release stress, and reconnect with a sense of inner calm. Krystle is a sound healing facilitator and mental health therapist, attuned in Kundalini Reiki and Usui/Holy Fire III, who is devoted to creating holistic spaces for healing and transformation. Through the gentle yet powerful vibrations of crystal singing bowls, she guides participants into a state of deep relaxation and inner alignment.

Krystle’s intuitive approach blends sound and reiki to quiet the mind, soothe the nervous system, and support emotional and energetic balance. Her sessions invite you to rest, reset, and realign—allowing the body and spirit to return to their natural rhythm. Many participants leave feeling grounded, clear, and renewed, with a lasting sense of peace.

Currently facilitating sound healings at Salt of the Earth in McMurray, PA, Krystle brings a calming presence and a deep respect for each person’s individual journey. This Fresh Start session offers a safe, supportive space where sound becomes medicine and restoration unfolds naturally.
