Continue your Seven Steps to Center journey by turning inward toward creativity, emotion, and ease. February’s virtual session focuses on the Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana)—the energy center connected to pleasure, self-expression, emotional flow, and our ability to experience joy and connection.

In this gentle, guided hour, we’ll explore practices designed to soften tension and invite movement—both physically and emotionally. Through breathwork, subtle movement, visualization, and reflection, we’ll work with the warm, energizing color orange, encouraging creativity, flexibility, and a renewed sense of vitality.

This session is an invitation to reconnect with what feels good, honor your emotions without judgment, and allow energy to move freely. Join us from the comfort of home as we continue building balance—layer by layer, chakra by chakra.
