empowHER is a women’s conference built for real life. Hosted in Kalamazoo, Michigan, it brings women together for honest conversations about leadership, entrepreneurship, confidence, and navigating change without pretending we have it all figured out. empowHER is intentionally small, connection-driven, and designed to eliminate overwhelm so women can show up as themselves, build community, and leave with clarity and momentum.
