Awake: A Sober Curiosity & Creativity Retreat

Lead with clarity, creative flow, and renewed energy.

Join author Sarah Levy and subconscious breakthrough coach Haley Hoffman Smith for an intimate retreat exploring the powerful intersection of sober curiosity and creative expression. Set on the serene shores of Cape Cod, this retreat gathering invites writers, artists, and anyone seeking to break through creative blocks and gain a fresh perspective.

Through guided EFT tapping sessionsreflective writing workshops, and somatic practices including yoga and sound healing, you’ll learn to identify and release the subconscious patterns that keep you stuck – both creatively and in your path to a more intentional, sober curious life. Haley will guide you through transformative work designed to rewire limiting beliefs: We’ll begin with a subconscious breakthrough session to identify what’s really behind your writer’s block, the deep, hidden patterns that keep you stuck. Then, we’ll use Faster EFT to clear those blocks in real time so you can move forward with clarity and confidence. Sarah will lead you through writing exercises and guided conversations about sobriety that will help you unlock your authentic creative voice. To complete the experience, we’ll host a vision-boarding session to help you reconnect with your creative vision and the work you’re here to produce.

Whether you’re sober, sober-curious, or simply seeking a clearer approach to your creative life, this retreat offers a supportive container for exploration. Without the noise of alcohol, we create space for deeper listening — to ourselves, our creative ideas, and the wisdom that emerges when we’re fully present.

There’s profound power in doing this work alongside others. When we share our creative aspirations and experiences with sober curiosity in a trusted group, we tap into something transformative: accountability that feels like encouragement. You’ll be surrounded by fellow participants who understand the courage it takes to pursue a creative project or explore a sober path — people who will witness your breakthroughs, celebrate your insights, and hold space for your process. Our hope is that the connections formed here will become lasting sources of support long after the retreat ends.

You’ll leave with practical tools for ongoing creative practice, a renewed connection to your creative potential, the clarity that comes from choosing presence over numbing, and a community that believes in your vision.
