DRY PINEAPPLE CHILI LIME-AID RECIPE CARD:

DIRECTIONS:

Run a slice of lime around the edge of a glass and dip the glass into the salt, sugar, and chili powder mixture to rim the glass. Garnish with a Lime wheel and dried chili.

TASTING NOTES:

My bestie Erin and I spent a random Saturday in September doing a tasting tour of the DRY Botanical Bubbly recipes. It was fun to see Erin pull out some of her vintage glassware for the occasion. For this particular drink, I was sampling alone, as Erin is allergic to chili peppers. (Actually all peppers and all onions) She could die of an allergic reaction if she’s not extra careful.

Not to sound dramatic, but I think there’s a good chance I could die if I picked up booze again. Thankfully with options like the DRY Botanical Bubbly recipes, I’ve got lots of recipes to keep my palet entertained.

After trying this recipe, you may decide you want to continue on with the theme and try out some Pineapple Chili. You’re in luck! While I’m not a very good cook, I have mad crockpot / instapot skills. Here’s a list of recipes worth checking out:

DOES THIS DRINK HAVE YOU THINKING ABOUT YOUR HALLOWEEN COSTUME?

Yeah, I know. That was super random. But so are these costumes…
