THE RADICAL SKETCHBOOKING COLLECTIVE is a new micro-community where you will have the space to connect with other women and engage in group coaching as you move along on your journey. The SKETCHBOOK will be the main tool used in this process, but Krysty, the Founder @PurpleDogSober, will introduce other tools and strategies as needed. It’s a place where you can take those big emotions, thoughts, and feelings and get them down on the page, using paint, words, and images.

The RADICAL SKETCHBOOKING STARTER KIT includes:

You get access to the Purple Dog Sober super powerful digital guide: WHAT IF? A 30-DAY EXPLORATION OF YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH ALCOHOL. The guidebook, along with videos, will walk you through the first 30 days of your journey and make sure you’re set up for success.

#ADDTOCART: If you’re ready to jump into RADICAL SKETCHBOOKING, Krysty is ready to get you set up. Click the button below and she’ll send you everything you need, and how to use it.

CURATED CRAFTS: Art therapy is a technique rooted in the idea that creative expression can foster healing and mental well-being. You may be the next Sober Picasso, or you may be the next big Pinterest Fail. Either way, you’re creatively creating something with your hands and expanding your mind. That’s a great way to relieve stress and express your feelings.
