Kickstart Your Wellness Journey with Clarity Countdown: An Intention-Setting Dry January Celebration

As the New Year rolls around, it’s time to combine the clinking of alcohol-free cocktail glasses for the calm serenity of yoga mats. The Clarity Countdown offers the perfect opportunity to usher in the year ahead, with a focus on sobriety, wellness, and intention-setting. This unique event, held on Saturday, January 6th, 2024, aims to provide a deeply meaningful experience for those who seek personal growth and connection.

Taking place at DRYP Yoga in South Lake Union, Seattle, Clarity Countdown combines the practice of yoga with the principles of mindfulness and intention-setting. DRYP Yoga is known for its immersive yoga practice experience, complete with stunning audio/visual elements and modern meditative lighting, providing the perfect backdrop for an evening of reflection and empowerment.

The event kicks off at 7:00 PM with a non-alcoholic happy hour, providing an array of delicious and refreshing beverages to set the tone for the evening. There will also be a mini-NA bottle shop curated by The NA Sommelier for guests to check-out and make purchases. Following this, attendees will be guided through an all-levels slow flow session by Kristine Manuel, a renowned yoga instructor.

Post the invigorating yoga session, Kristine will lead a guided intention-setting session, offering attendees a chance to reflect on the past year and set empowering intentions for the year ahead. The event concludes with a relaxing sound bath session led by Renata Couri, leaving participants feeling rejuvenated and ready to embrace the New Year and Dry January with open hearts and minds.

But that’s not all! Attendees will also have a chance to win exciting non-alcoholic prizes through a raffle. Each attendee will receive a free raffle ticket, a non-alcoholic drink to take home, a mini journal for notetaking during the intention-setting session, and coupons from The NA Sommelier and Molly Makes Clinks. VIP guests will receive additional benefits, including extra raffle tickets, beverages to take home, a print copy of AFTER Magazine’s Winter 2023/4 issue, additional coupons, and swag from event sponsors.

A huge thank you goes out to the event sponsors, including AFTER Magazine, Ark NA Cocktails, Dromme, Parch Non-Alcoholic Agave Cocktails, Self Care Brewing, and Spiritless.

Clarity Countdown is open to anyone above the age of 18. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats, props, a bottle of water, a journal, and a light blanket for added comfort during the sound bath. Mini journals and pens will be provided for all guests, along with limited yoga gear for those who need it.

All in all, Clarity Countdown offers a unique opportunity to start the New Year on a positive note, focusing on personal growth, wellness, and sobriety. So, mark your calendars, reserve your spot, and get ready to welcome Dry January with clarity, intention, and a sense of community.
