DESCRIPTION:Big Texas Recovery Rally Galveston County 2026\n\n\n\n\nJoin us at the 2026 Big Texas Recovery Rally in Galveston County for 2 days of fun & community to begin the celebration of Recovery Month! \n\n\n\n\nWelcome to the 2026 Big Texas Recovery Rally in Galveston County! The Big Texas Recovery Rally in Galveston County will be on Saturday\, August 29th\, at the Nessler Center in Texas City. \nJoin us for a day of fun\, support\, and community as we celebrate Recovery Month both days with “Real People\, Real Lives and Real Miracles.” \n2-Day Celebration\nFriday\, August 28th is DAY ONE: Kick Off Friday Live Music\, Fellowship & Alumni Speakers \n1 – 4 pm\, all will exit and then followed by table set up 4 pm – 6 pm for Saturday’s Main Event \nDAY TWO: Main Event Saturday\, August 29th: Big Texas Recovery Rally\nNoon – 4 pm\nTables on Saturday Only. Set up on Friday 4pm -6pm or Saturday 11 am. \nT-shirts given on Saturday Only \n\nDAY ONE: Kickoff Event: Friday\, August 28th\nWear Rally shirts from previous years -Green Rally 2025 T-shirt on Friday (or 2023 or 2024 Rally T-shirt) \n\nThe Big Texas Recovery Rally Galveston County\nTheme : “Real Stories\, Real Lives\, Real Miracles” \nSaturday\, August 29th\nMark your calendars—Galveston County is the place to be for the Big Texas Recovery Rally on Saturday\, August 29th\, 2026\, with an exciting kickoff on Friday\, August 28! \nThis powerful two-day event is a celebration of community\, connection\, and the many pathways to recovery. Enjoy children’s entertainment\, an inspiring surprise keynote speaker\, voices from multiple recovery journeys\, and a wide range of resources and vendors. Whether you’re in recovery yourself or supporting someone who is\, this rally is for everyone who believes in healing\, hope\, and the strength of unity. \nAs part of this year’s celebration\, we are once again honoring eight outstanding organizations with awards in each of the Eight Dimensions of Wellness as defined by SAMHSA: \n\nEmotional\nEnvironmental\nFinancial\nIntellectual\nOccupational\nPhysical\nSocial\nSpiritual\n\nThese awards highlight the essential\, holistic nature of recovery and recognize the vital contributions of organizations that help individuals thrive in all areas of life. \nWe invite organizations and sponsors to participate in this powerful weekend by supporting the event and engaging with the community. If your organization promotes wellness in any of these eight dimensions\, this is an opportunity to be recognized as a SAMHSA 8 organization and celebrated for the work you do to strengthen lives and communities.
