SUMMARY:Embers of Soulstice: A Sober Healing Day Retreat
DESCRIPTION:Embers of Soulstice: A Sober Healing Day Retreat\n\n\n\nWhen did you last do something just for you? Come exhale. \n\n\n\n\nWhen did you last do something just for you? Come exhale. \nYou spend your days holding space for everyone else. The clients\, the students\, the patients\, the family members. And somewhere in all of that\, your own needs got buried. \nEmbers of Soulstice is a full-day sober healing retreat built for the helpers\, the caretakers\, and the people who are tired of running on empty. We built this day for you. \nWhat to Expect \nSix hours of intentional rest\, restoration\, and community. \nArrive and settle in. Move through yoga with Victoria Sallie of The Safe Space. Let sound wash over you in not one\, but two sound bath experiences by Cymatic Cypher. Make something with your hands at the art wellness station. Soak in the pool. Browse a curated vendor market featuring bodyworkers\, herbalists\, and artisans. Explore the silent auction. Close the evening at our mocktail hour surrounded by people who get it. \nEvery element of this day is designed to resource your nervous system\, not deplete it. \nWho This Is For \nService professionals. Social workers. Caretakers. Former foster youth. Survivors of gender-based violence. Anyone who gives and gives and rarely stops to receive. \nIf you hold space for others\, this space is for you. \nHonoree Recognition \nWe are proud to honor Loretta Turner of Do Good Collective for her dedication and service to community. \nEvent Sponsors \nDr. Niki Elliott\, Director of the Center for Embodied Equity and Neurodiversity and Founder of the Mindful Leaders Project \nMichelle Fortune\, Educator with LAUSD and 20 years of service to students and community \nCommunity Impact \n10% of proceeds directly support aging-out foster youth and survivors of gender-based violence through the EmbersbySW fund. \nEvent Details \n📅 Friday\, Sept 26\, 2025\n🕑 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Mocktail Networking Hour: 7 to 8 PM)\n📍 Emerald Village| Vista\, CA\n🎤 Emcee: DJ Congos \nThis is a fully sober\, intentional space.
