Sober Curator Contributor – Michigan City, Indiana
Kelly Blieden likes to call herself a late bloomer. She realized alcohol was making her life small, so she ditched the booze in May of 2021 and never looked back. She soon realized she had a lot more time on her hands, so she began setting goals:
- Running a half marathon
- Landing her dream job
- Becoming a yoga instructor
- Writing the first draft of a book
- Devoting time to organizations she’s passionate about
- Traveling
- FINALLY made her physical and mental a priority
She doesn’t take this list lightly, and she sees it as a testament to what we can accomplish when we get our perspective and priorities straight.
She’s a big advocate of early mornings, coffee, yoga, running, sober travel, family and dogs.
