DESCRIPTION:This Dry January\, let’s get see Oaxaca City sober.\nOaxaca is one of the world’s most celebrated cities (Travel + Leisure readers named it the world’s best in 2023)\, and also the mezcal capital of Mexico. For sober travelers\, that combination is the problem: the food\, culture and nightlife are extraordinary\, but mezcal is offered at every turn. \nSober in Oaxaca solves that. We’re Amanda and Ginna\, founders of Tomonotomo\, a non-alcoholic agave spirit we distill in Oaxaca from tobalá and 15 local herbs and spices. Amanda spent years as a bartender before getting sober five years ago; Ginna still drinks occasionally.
