There is no pressure to share and no expectation of what the experience should look like. This is simply a space to arrive as you are\, be present\, and see what unfolds. \n\nWhy horses?\nHorses are remarkably intuitive and responsive animals. Their ability to remain grounded in the present moment can encourage us to slow down\, become more aware of our own emotions\, and experience connection without judgment or expectation. \nAnd the best part? You don’t need any experience with horses. There is no riding involved\, and you never have to lead or even touch a horse to participate.
