Here Queer Sober

Welcome to an inclusive and supportive event for the LGBTQ+ community in New York! Join us for a weekend of fun, connection, and sobriety. Whether you identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, all are welcome! This event is a safe space for those who want to socialize, network, or simply have a good time without the pressure of alcohol. Come as you are and enjoy a weekend of workshops, speakers, panels, games, and camaraderie with like-minded individuals. Let’s celebrate our diversity and unity in a positive and sober environment. Terms of Service for The Here Queer Sober Roundup

1. Acceptance of Terms By registering for or attending The Here Queer Sober Roundup, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register for or attend the event.

2. Registration and Payment

• All attendees must complete the registration process and pay any applicable fees in full before attending the event.
• Registration is non-transferable without prior written consent from the event organizers.
• Refunds will only be issued according to the refund policy outlined below.

3. Code of Conduct

• Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards other participants, speakers, and event staff.
• Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
• The event organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee who violates this code of conduct without a refund.

4. Liability

• The event organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs during the event.
• Attendees participate at their own risk and are advised to take necessary precautions to ensure their safety.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content presented at the event, including but not limited to speeches, presentations, and materials, is the intellectual property of the respective authors and presenters.
• Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution of any event content is strictly prohibited.

6. Privacy Policy

• By registering for the event, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Your contact information may be used to send you updates about the event and future events organized by Here Queer Sober.

7. Photography and Videography

• The event may be recorded and photographed for promotional purposes.
• By attending, you grant the event organizers permission to use your likeness in any media format without compensation.

8. Amendments

• The event organizers reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered attendees via email or through the event website.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York.
• Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New York.

Refund Policy

• Full Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days after registration will receive a full refund.
• To request a refund, please contact us at Registration@herequeeersober.org with your registration details. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 7 days of registration.

• Any changes or transfer of registration requests must be made by August 6, 2025. contact registration@herequeersober.org
