on july 11th, ‘the feels’ and Hit Me Up NYC are teaming up to offer you an evening that will include:

a somatic dating event that’ll guide you in and out of pair’d work. there will be prompts, positive reflections + somatic elements like long held hugs led by ‘feels’ facilitator Jessamyn Fitzpatrick;

a ‘somatic kink’ 101 session led by the founder of Hit Me Up, Hawthorne, to help guide the transition;

access to ‘Tease’, Hit Me Up’s tentpole beginners play party, an R (not X) rated sexy party. in their words: ‘expect a LOT of making out, sexual tension, kink tasting stations, snacks, ice-breaker games, dancing + naughty debauchery. it is NOT a full-on play party. underwear bottoms will stay on.’

This event is for ‘feels’ alumni + HMU members only.

Ticket cost includes access to light bites + unlimited alc + non alc beverages from 7-9pm.

About the Feels
Created by Allie Hoffman as part of her masters degree thesis work at Columbia University, ‘the feels’ believes that better relating is possible, co-regulated is a powerful place to be, and discomfort is OK. The series currently has installments in LA, SF, DC, PHL + CHI. To date, ‘the feels’ has been featured in the New York Times, Thrillist, Philly Mag, News Movement, and much more.

About Hit Me Up
Hit Me Up is New York City’s curated community for poly and kink. They run mixers, classes, parties, and more from our venue in Lower Manhattan. They also teach kink and run events with our partners at House of Yes, Our Wicked Lady, Red Pavilion, Torture Garden and other venues and collaborators around the city. They got their start running small events for our friends that quickly outgrew multiple venues. Now they work to build the kink and poly community that NYC deserves—safer, friendlier, and weirder. Hit Me Up! NYC was officially founded in 2020, and they opened their very own space in early 2023.
