Sober Powered Nervous System Reboot in Baja, with Gill Tietz

April 10 - April 13

Making the decision to quit drinking is empowering and freeing, but now you have to learn how to live a sober life. This means learning how to manage stress and cope with intense emotions like anger, overwhelm, and anxiety. The Sober Powered Nervous System Reboot Retreat with Gill Tietz will provide tools and perspective to help you learn to stay calm and regulated in your day to day life.

Gill is a former biochemist who got sober in 2019. Today, she used her background in biochemistry, lived experience, and certifications in anger management and sober coaching to help people make lasting emotional change through her popular podcast, Sober Powered, private coaching, and the Living a Sober Powered Life Community.

During the Sober Powered Nervous System Reboot Retreat, you’ll learn why your emotions feel intense and overwhelming, how to self-regulate, and tools to manage emotions and calm your nervous system. You’ll enjoy workshops, group discussions, one-on-one sessions with Gill and take part in her famous “rage walks.” There will be plenty of downtime for self-reflection and to enjoy the beautiful Mexican coast and culture.

This retreat is for you if:

  • You’ve made the decision to get and stay sober
  • You’re struggling with your emotions during your sober journey
  • You need to learn new tools to regulate your nervous system as a sober person
  • You want the support of a like-minded community to help you in your sober journey
