April’s Sauna & Sobriety event will be at The Yard: Superior Sauna & Steam on Nicollet Avenue in the Kingfield neighborhood of Minneapolis. Partnering with Superior Sauna and ECOPHONIC to embrace the month of April as Earth Month and channel a grounding theme to their event. Five saunas will be going (with options for guided or free-flow experiences), and cold immersion will be available via cold water buckets.

Sauna activations through the evening include guided breathwork and conversation sessions, ambient sound bath and meditation, and frequencies that inspire communion with nature and somatic expansion. Sauna experiences will be led by Jen Veralle using the Revivery method. ECOPHONIC facilitators will create a dynamic soundscape, promoting meditative introspection followed by naturalistic dance music for grounding with the environment.

In typical Sauna and Sobriety format, Natalie Lang will be heading up the amazing eats; and Jen Veralle will be serving up the refreshing NA beverages including Utopia Borealis, Tenneyson, and Sauna Water, and Fresh Steeps!
